Q1 - How do you connect ForeKeys to my PC?

ForeKeys GSPro control box is a completely wireless solution via Bluetooth. It is a plug & play option and doesn’t require any additional software or programming. Simply create a new connection via Bluetooth settings —> Add new device.

Q2 - Do I need any other hardware to connect my ForeKeys?

If your PC doesn’t have Bluetooth module you will need it. This can be purchased from us at the point of order or via Amazon / eBay / your local hardware store.

Q3 - How often do I need to charge it?

ForeKeys is equipped with integrated Li-Oin batteries designed to runoff 2 weeks+ with everyday use. ForeKeys can be charged via supplied USB C as required. Once fully charged you will see a blue light on the back side of ForeKeys.

Q5 - My box doesn’t work

We are always happy to assist you with any queries. However, in order to save your time please check the following steps:

• Make sure GSPro is an active window. If you use a multiple screen set up you will need to make GSPro an active screen by clicking anywhere on it. This is not a limitation of ForeKeys and the same step would need to be taken if using shortcuts on your keyboard.

• The box goes into a sleep mode after 5 min of inactivity and in order to wake it up press joystick “LEFT”, towards the CLUB buttons.

• Check that the battery is charged by connecting ForeKeys to a power supply and restarting it by toggling the switch ON/OFF button on the back of the box

Q6 - Do I need to switch the box off or does it go into a sleep mode?

Same as with your PC a good practice is to turn the box off after you finished your GSPro session. However, the box also goes in auto sleep mode after 5 min of inactivity and in order to wake it up please press joystick “LEFT” (towards CLUB buttons). It should take 1-5 seconds.
